Listen I did not want to become The Beast 666 but when the United States Supreme Court wrongfully protected all the lower court frauds and dismissed all my supporting evidence, this Vet went nuclear when I saw all the corruption of the American Legal System. I knew it would take a Beast from Hell to attack these high level elite legal bastards. So, here I am.
Welcome to the place of the Beast. I was created by Kathryn Boyd and the American Legal System. Kathryn Boyd’s induced perjury started my attack of the corruption going on in our American Legal System. Kathryn has been tortured as much as I have because of a fraudulent induced belief of death threats caused by forged insurance policies from Erie Insurance Exchange, which has haunted her to this day. Kathryn’s mother is one of the sickest people I have ever met; what mother tortures her children with forged insurance policies to show her children that death threats were real, just to win a custody battle. This evil woman got a fake PFA from our corrupt legal system with no fucking evidence to evict me immediately from my home, with no fucking due process. I paid for everything including the mortgage, insurance, utilities, etc.
The American legal system has become a two-tier system, and their corruption has led to absolute corruption. I now have all the proof of their heinous corruption. The U. S. Supreme Court has willfully and wrongfully dismissed frauds going on in our courts. This court has confirmed that fraud is Ok to protect their ruse. They have ruled: we can never let this much evidence out against our legal system, it would destroy the entire legal system, we must dismiss this evidence, now. I say, fuck all you bastards, I still have all the evidence, and the American people will see it.
We have been seriously conned by the United States Supreme Court. America needs legal reform because all this corruption starts with bad attorneys and goes all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. You have seen what the American Legal System has done to Trump for the last four years, but I have been trying to expose these pricks for over 20 years. Some Americans have seen my evidence and still can’t believe this could not be happening in America. Now that you have seen what the legal system has done to Trump maybe you’ll understand that my evidence is indeed very real and is documented and verifiable. When your core beliefs and soul are turned upside down, flags go off, which sends most people go into shock, and they did that to me: to the point of losing all my religious beliefs and realizing that no god is more powerful than these people.
I became the Beast because it will take a bigger beast to expose all the evil beasts. Our legal system has made many parts of the U. S. Constitution void, and they have now exposed their heinous corruption, ironically by trying to protect fraudulent misdemeanors charges committed by the lower courts. When I was forced to take these misdemeanor charges all the way to the United State Supreme Court, this is where they made their biggest mistake because I have documented everything illegal in their fucking courts. Frauds like this just happened to President Trump and these evil fuckers are never punished. We need legal reform and some punishment for all the unconstitutional violations they have been committing. Simply, they are above our laws in this country and the bastards continue to use self-imposed immunity to protect their sick souls. If enough people look at my evidence, the country will never be the same. This was totally shocking for me because I trusted and believed the legal system in America was honorable, my bad.
My evidence of their corruption is a real Checkmate for the American legal system, and I want them to know that they have now fucked the wrong Veteran. Equal justice must be returned to the people, or we will live under their evil controlled lies. These crooked bastards and their friends have controlled half of American with their bull shit to the point of trying to get a former President killed or jailed just so they remain in control. The American Legal System has been committing heinous crimes for years because we have given them absolute power, which led to absolute corruption, and now we see that they have no honor or respect anymore. The evils of our American Legal System (including other government agencies) are so un-American, the shock of seeing their criminal actions, will indeed cause some mental health issues for many citizens in America. This must stop!
Here’s what I have documented on my websites:
- Prosecutors in Pennsylvania wrote up fraudulent misdemeanor charges.
- At the preliminary hearing the perjury testimony was committed.
- Prosecutors decided to hide any evidence proving that perjury evidence.
- My attorney had requested discovery, but a judge verified that all discovery was turned over, a fraudulent lie.
- I told my brain-dead attorney, Dave Ridge, that Kathryn had filed an indecent assault by four boys and had gone to the Rape Crisis center for counseling, and he knew Kathryn had denied under oath all of that and had replaced it with new far worst assault, including death threats, that fuck face Dave Ridge did not believe me.
- My fucking attorney, Dave Ridge, would not believe the DA would hide perjury evidence, so he didn’t pursue any of it. He told me they had supplied all discovery evidence. The fucking asshole, I found it, but he could have found it faster than I did, if he had just fucking tried.
- Days before trail, my fucking attorney had selected the jury without me being present so on the day before trial, I noticed one of the jury people looked like a friend of my wife, I said: What the fuck is this? I was up all-night thinking about that juror.
- Next day, right before trial was supposed to start, my heinous attorney told me: “One person testimony is enough to convict in these cases, consider a no contest plea. and avoid any state time and save Kathryn the embarrassment of a trial.” He is a lying prick and should be disbarred and Erie, PA voting him in as a judge: I almost lost it.
- I knew Kathryn had committed perjury and the DA was fraudulently hiding her perjury evidence and because Kathryn was related to the ex-mayor, I decided to take the no contest plea and avoid any possibility of state time. In Pennsylvania one person testimony was enough to convict, fuck our American Constitution for sure.
- After the no contest play in Erie, PA was entered, my attorney says we’re done now go to Houston start your new job and get on with your life.
- When I got settled in Houston, I decided to hire an attorney for a second opinion, and he told me to fire that stupid prick, Dave Ridge is screwing up. If you know Kathryn filed an indecent assault and had sexual counseling at the Rape Crisis Center that sexual counselor would never believe all the new charges especially with the added charges of death threats. Much different than just pulling Kathryn’s pants down. Have the new attorney withdraw the no contest plea and then get the hidden evidence of her filed indecent assault and sexual counseling which Kathryn had denied under oath.
- The fucking trial judge, Ernest DeSantis, Jr. refused to withdraw the no contest plea motioned by the new attorney, and I was then scheduled for sentencing.
- At sentencing Ernest DeSantis sentenced me in the aggravated range and that gave me six fucking years in a state prison for misdemeanors. I wanted to kill Dave Ridge for lying to me.
- Sadly, I was forced to do the entire six years because the Pennsylvania parole board said I had to admit guilt to the no contest misdemeanor charges or I would not be granted parole, I refused to admit to the false charges and thus they never granted me any parole. More sick bastards to deal with.
- if you think this was bad enough, wait until I show you what the American legal system did to me during the appeal process, this will shock you to the core.
- I get fucking depressed even reliving and writing this fucking evil shit about our legal system.
- So, off to the legal library in prison to find ways to get the hidden perjury evidence.
- I finally got the Millcreek Police Department to send me Kathryn’s filed indecent assault with orders for all involved to report to the Rape Crisis Center. Kathyn had denied the assault and any sexual counseling under oath and told under oath a brand-new indecent assault did happen with death threats. Go Figure?
- So, I was in the Erie Federal Court of Appeals when I found and presented my evidence. The fucking DA, Marshall PICCININI, told the judge that my new perjury evidence presented was dismissed in a motion of limine in the lower court, and the fuck face did not offer any evidence to support his statement nor did the bitch order him to do so.
- Now get this, the Justice in this Erie federal court said because my perjury evidence was dismissed it could not be used to prove perjury. Keep in mind that this fucking bitch knew that this evidence would prove perjury of the state’s key witness, but she believed the fucking DA had somehow dismissed the perjury evidence. The fucking cunt (prison talk), Federal Justice Susan Baxter, never asked the DA to produce any evidence of that motion of limine, even after repeated motions telling her, the DA had lied to her court and had committed fraud upon her court. The cunt just dismissed all my motions. Pretty much telling me to get fucked.
- After fucking around in this sick Erie Federal Court, I sent it back to the trial judge and that mother fucker, Judge Ernest DeSantis, told me I had submitted the perjury evidence too late, so he dismissed my motion, yes, I wanted to kill this mother fucker, sadly I was civilized.
- All the appeal courts dismissed all my evidence because they believed the trial court and Erie Federal Court would not commit fraud or withhold evidence so, fuck all of them too.
- Now after years of appeals, I finally did my six years in state prison, now I had to spend another year preparing documents for the United States Supreme Court.
- When I was finally got logged into the United States Supreme Court, they told me to submit my brief. While working on my brief I decided I had to really prove the fraud upon an Erie Federal Court, so I hired an attorney to search the entire record for any motion of limine dismissing my perjury evidence.
- The attorney I hired, Atty. Hathaway, he has documented that he had searched the entire record for any motion of limine dismissing the perjury evidence and no motion was found, I have his letter confirming this, and it was presented to the U. S. Supreme Court. This alone proves the Pennsylvania DA’s fraud upon a federal court. The U.S. Supreme Court implied with their fraudulent dismissal: Screw all this evidence, it will destroy our legal system, we must dismiss it.
- After submitting 500 copies of my brief to the United States Supreme Court they did indeed dismiss my claims. Yes, that was it, I had enough, I totally lost my religion and later became The Beast 666 because the Supreme C0urt was now a beast from hell and thought it would take another beast to attack and expose these bastards.
